কাস্টমার পলিসি
অর্ডার: আপনার ডেলিভারি তথ্য এবং একটি সক্রিয় যোগাযোগ নম্বর দিন। আমরা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) উভয় বিকল্প অফার করি। ঢাকা মেট্রোর বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম গ্রহণ করা হয়। (ঢাকা মেট্রো এলাকার বাইরে এলাকাগুলোকে “ঢাকার বাইরে” হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়।)
ডেলিভারি: বিল কপি পাওয়ার পরদিন আপনার পণ্য পাঠানো হবে। আমাদের ডেলিভারি সময় অনুযায়ী পণ্য পৌঁছে যাবে। ডেলিভারির আগে সহজ যোগাযোগের জন্য ডেলিভারি ম্যানের তথ্যসহ একটি টেক্সট বার্তা পাবেন। যদি ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা হয়, সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
ডেলিভারি সময়:
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: ৬-২৪ ঘণ্টা (১৬০ টাকা, শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মেট্রোর ভেতরে)।
- ঢাকার ভেতরে: ২-৩ কার্যদিবস (৭০ টাকা)।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস (১২০ টাকা, অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য)।
রিটার্ন পলিসি : পণ্য ঠিক থাকার পরেও যদি আপনি তা গ্রহণ করতে না চান, তবে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন। আমাদের সেবার মান উন্নত করতে দয়া করে আমাদের একটি মেসেজ দিয়ে আপনার মতামত জানান।
রিফান্ড পলিসি : যদি পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় অথবা পণ্যে কোনো ভুল থাকে, তবে সাথে সাথেই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে তা ফেরত দিন এবং রিফান্ডের জন্য আমাদের মেসেজ করুন। রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে ৩ কর্মদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
গোপনীয়তা নীতি: আমরা আপনার ডেলিভারি তথ্য অন্য কোনো পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করি না। তবে, আমাদের সেবা উন্নত করতে আপনার তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা এবং যোগাযোগ নম্বর মার্কেটিং উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। আপনি যদি কোনো মার্কেটিং বার্তা পেতে না চান, আমাদের জানান। আমরা যদি আপনার ছবি শেয়ার করি তবে আপনাকে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ট্যাগ করব।
এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি: প্রতি অর্ডারে একবার এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ। ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে দাবি জানাতে হবে। এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। এটি কেবল নন-পাওয়ারড আইটেমের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
ওয়ারেন্টি: আমাদের পণ্যে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে সাথে সাথে তা ফেরত দিন এবং আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Customer Policy
Order: Provide your delivery details with an active contact number. We have both advance payment and COD options available. We take the delivery charge in advance for outside Dhaka delivery. (Areas outside Dhaka Metro is considered as Outside Dhaka)
Delivery: Your product will be dispatched on the following day you receive the bill copy. Product will be delivered according to our delivery time. You will receive a text with delivery man details for easier communication before delivery. Contact us immediately if there are any delivery issues.
Delivery time:Express delivery : 6-24 hours (160tk, inside Dhaka Metro only), Inside Dhaka: 2-3 Working days (70tk), Outside Dhaka: 3-5 Working days (120tk, pay in advance)
Return policy: If your product is fine but you do not want to receive it, pay the delivery charge only and return it to the delivery man. Leave us a message so we can improve our service.
Refund policy: If your product is damaged or there are any mistake with the product, return it to the delivery man immediately and leave us a message for refund. Refund process might take upto 3 working days.
Privacy Policy: We do not share your delivery details with any other party. However, we will your data to improve our services. Your email address and contact number might be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive any marketing messages from us, let us know. We will tag you on social media if we share your photo.
Exchange Policy: One exchange per order. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery charges applicable for exchange. Applicable to non-powered items only.
Warranty: There is no warranty on our product. Return the product immediately if your product is damaged upon delivery and contact us.
